We started in 1979. The useful part of that is not the number; it is that we can still repair something we built in 2003.
We repair what we build
Send a damaged balloon back and we will quote a repair. Most punctures, seam separations and torn tether patches are fixable for a fraction of a replacement.
This is only possible because we made it. An importer cannot repair a balloon that came off a container; they can only sell you another one.
Parts stay available
Valves, tether line, patches, fin sets. The fittings have not changed much in decades, which means a balloon from years ago can still be brought back into service.
It is unglamorous, and it is the main reason customers stay with us for thirty years rather than three.
The insurance answer
One million dollars in liability cover. In more than forty years of trading there has been one claim, for two thousand dollars.
Venues, councils and event organisers ask for a certificate. We can produce one the same day, which removes a common last-minute obstacle.
What actually shortens a balloon’s life
Not age. Wind, and being put away wet.
Bring it in above 25 mph in the forecast, and dry it before it goes in the box. Customers who do those two things report fourteen years. Customers who do not report two seasons. The material is the same in both cases.
Ask for a quote. Call 1-800-791-1445 or email sales@arizonaballoon.com and tell us the size and whether you want it printed.
